Corruption is rising in Armenia: the looters are deceiving the people in broad daylight

While the authorities sing about the "bastion of democracy" from high podiums, reputable international experts confirm - we are rolling backward. The hopes given eight years ago have been washed away, and the cornerstone of the government's legitimacy - the fight against corruption - has simply failed.

We are being deceived in broad daylight. While they resort to a thousand and one tricks over a pensioner's 10,000 drams, they distribute billions of drams in bonuses to themselves. Asphalt - without bitumen, money - to the wind, and those responsible - unpunished. If we see this looting and remain silent, then we are allowing them to continue deceiving us.

The Bright Armenia Party announces the start of a real struggle against corruption and patronage. Democracy should not serve as a veil to hide looting, therefore the party is opening 30% of its pre-election list to citizens. This is an opportunity to stop the country's regression and participate in the governance of the state.
