To be honest, I wasn't surprised to learn that, according to available information, the wheat entering Armenia through Azerbaijan actually turned out to be livestock feed.
I'm simply ashamed of the pro-government propagandists who, as it turns out, presented the import of livestock feed as some kind of supremely humanitarian gesture on the part of Azerbaijan - an outstretched hand, supposedly meant to feed the starving Armenian people.
Some even compared this to the wheat imported from Turkey in the 1990s during the blockade, when a vital issue was truly being addressed.
Do you even notice the difference now?
The Armenian authorities made every possible unilateral concession, and in return, Azerbaijan simply allowed livestock feed to be imported into Armenia through its territory... It's hard to imagine a more absurd situation.
